Help build Project Lazon
Tell us what you wish Project Lazon did better. You do not have to word it perfectly — Project Lazon groups similar feedback into the clearest community priorities so people can support the outcome instead of repeating the same idea.
Community priorities
These are grouped themes, not a wall of duplicate submissions. Support the priorities that matter to you.

Support Project Lazon
Project Lazon remains free to use during Founding Alpha. A future support option may help fund continued development, but it will never buy ranking, recommendations or preferential treatment.

Project Lazon keeps this private while you are shopping for service. After you connect with a shop, the confirmed contact/address information can be included in the service-intake packet so the advisor can begin your customer/RO record.

Real local business listings, not placeholder shops. A public listing does not mean the shop participates in Project Lazon or that Project Lazon endorses it. Saving a shop relationship is private. During an active, sufficiently complete service request, Project Lazon can help you continue with a public/unconnected shop without pretending that shop participates in Project Lazon.

When you choose a shop, Project Lazon shares the work request first. Your identity and VIN stay private until that shop says it can help.

Before we find a shop: a few service detailsKnown vehicle context is reused
Project Lazon reuses vehicle-level answers you already confirmed. For this request, we only ask what still matters or may have changed.
If you know you bought coverage, say yes. If you are unsure, Project Lazon can flag it for the shop to check before work is authorized.

Using the VIN and authoritative public NHTSA data, Project Lazon can verify manufacturer-reported vehicle configuration and surface model-level recalls and complaint activity. These are context signals — not proof that a specific event happened to your vehicle.

What should Project Lazon send you?
Declare capability, hard boundaries, preferred work and current appetite. Project Lazon uses these as explainable matching inputs — subscription never buys a better match.
What can you work on?
Work preference
“Do not send” is a hard boundary. “Especially want” improves fit only when capability is already present.
Where should Project Lazon hunt for work?
Set the shop ZIP once. Project Lazon uses it to calculate approximate travel time without exposing a customer's ZIP or exact location to the shop.
Shop
Project Lazon brings customer intent and timing to the shop. Your DMS remains the system of record.
